Rachel Murphy has expressed concern about what happened to his 5-pound dog Toto last weekend. Rachel said that after Toto r was bitten by a dog, the groomer taped his mouth shut. The result? A bloody, distressed dog.
Rachel told the story, "My puppy was in obvious distress. What I first thought was tape turned out not to be a muzzle. Toto r was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.
